Terms & Conditions
1. Hire agreement
By booking a trailer with PK IT Trading you agree to these terms. The hirer is responsible for the trailer from the time of collection until it is returned and inspected.
2. Deposit & payment
A refundable deposit secures your booking. The rental balance is due on collection. The deposit is refunded on return, less any damage, cleaning or late fees.
3. Late returns
A daily late fee applies for each day past the agreed return date. The trailer must be returned during depot operating hours.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made in advance qualify for a full deposit refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee at our discretion.
5. Liability
The hirer is responsible for any damage to the trailer, third-party property or persons during the hire period. Please ensure your insurance covers trailer use.
